Welcome to DentalX! By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing DentalX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These apply to all cloud-hosted and locally-installed versions of DentalX.
2. Description of Service
DentalX is a dental practice management software providing:
- Patient Management & Records
- Appointment Scheduling
- Billing & Invoicing
- AI-Powered X-ray Analysis
- Inventory & Lab Workflow Management
- Reports & Analytics
3. Account Registration
You must be a licensed dental professional or authorized representative. You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have authority to bind your practice to these Terms
- All registration information is accurate
You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.
4. Free Trial
- Duration: 90 days from registration
- Features: Full access to your selected plan
- No Credit Card Required
- Data Retention: 30 days after trial expiration
5. Subscription & Payment
Plans: Basic, Professional, Enterprise. Billed monthly or annually in INR via Stripe.
Refunds: Annual subscriptions - pro-rated within 30 days. Monthly - no partial refunds.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of patient records, clinic information, or any content you create.
7. Healthcare Compliance
Each clinic's data is stored in a separate, isolated database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You are responsible for compliance with healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or resell the Service.
9. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend access for Terms violations or non-payment. Data is retained 30 days after termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
DentalX is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amount paid in past 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved in Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts.
